Our standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after noon may ship the following business day.

Expedited shipping is available on select items at checkout. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, shipping timelines are not guaranteed. Two-Day and Overnight shipping refer to business days in transit, and weekend delivery is not guaranteed. Federal holidays may also cause delays. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable if carrier delays occur.

Once an order is picked up by the carrier, House of MBR is not responsible for loss or damage during transit. If you believe your package may be lost, please contact customerservice@houseofmbr.com so we can assist with filing a claim.

Route is a package protection option that helps cover your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We understand how frustrating shipping issues can be, which is why we’ve partnered with Route to offer added peace of mind. Route Protect can be added to your order during checkout.

If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can quickly file a claim directly with Route at claims.route.com, and their team will assist you right away. 

If your order arrives damaged, please save all original packaging and contact us at customerservice@houseofmbr.com as soon as possible.

In some cases, you may be asked to return the packaging (box or envelope), packing materials, and item(s) to us, UPS, or USPS so that an insurance claim can be filed. If the packaging materials are discarded, we may be unable to guarantee a refund or replacement.
