Refund policy

Return/Exchange Policy:

For non-discounted items, we offer exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery (as determined by the tracking info). To be eligible, your item must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered and free of stains, odors and animal hair. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse any return or apply a restocking fee when applicable. For apparel returns, a $9.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. For pillow returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. No fees will be applied to exchanges.

For items purchased using a promotional discount code, certain terms may apply to returns/exchanges.  Please check the promotional discount code terms for specific details on the promotion you used. Final Sale items will be marked as "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged.
