We want you to love your House of MBR purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review the policies below to ensure your item is eligible.

 

Apparel Return & Exchange Policy

For non-discounted apparel, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the tracking information.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of stains, odors, and animal hair. Also, items must be in the original packaging.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

A $10.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds for apparel returns. There is no return fee for exchanges.

House of MBR reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee when applicable.

 

Home Collection Return & Exchange Policy

For non-discounted Home Collection items, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the tracking information.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

For pillow returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. There is no return fee for exchanges.

House of MBR reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee when applicable.

 

Promotional Discounts

Items purchased using a promotional discount code may be subject to specific return or exchange terms. Please review the terms and conditions associated with the promotional code used at the time of purchase for complete details.

Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously purchased items.

Final Sale

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
