Returns/Exchanges
We want you to love your House of MBR purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review the policies below to ensure your item is eligible.
Return & Exchange Policy
Full-Priced Items: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by tracking information.
Discount Code Purchases: Purchases made using a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds to the original form of payment are not available.
First-Time Customer Promotion: Purchases made using our 15% off first-purchase discount code are eligible for returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. This promotion is an exception to our standard discount code policy.
Final Sale Items: Items designated as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Special Order Items: Special order items, including Dog Beds, are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Apparel Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, free of stains, odors, and animal hair, and returned in its original packaging.
Return Processing: Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.
Return Shipping Fee: A $10.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds for apparel returns. Exchanges are not subject to a return shipping fee.
House of MBR reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee when applicable.
Home Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, home merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, when applicable, and include all original accessories and components.
Return Processing: Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.
Return Shipping: For home merchandise returns, including pillows, napkins, and Mahjong mats, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Exchanges are not subject to a return shipping fee.
House of MBR reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee when applicable.
