Shipping policy

Please verify all shipping information and order details are correct.  Orders are processed as quickly as possible and may take up to 3 business days to ship. You will receive a shipment notification email as soon as the order has shipped that includes tracking information for reference. Standard shipping in the continental US usually takes 3-5 business days in transit. 

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm EST are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day.

We are not responsible for packages once they leave out warehouse. We encourage you to purchase Shipping Insurance through Route at checkout for your protection. In the event that your tracking information confirms delivery yet you haven't received your package, please contact us. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for packages that, despite being marked as successfully delivered, go missing.
